Kamuaco é chefe de família e um dos beneficiários do Projecto de Protecção e Assistência aos Refugiados Congoleses no Assentamento do Lóvua na Lunda Norte. António conta que passou por várias dificuldades na República Democrática do Congo (RDC), onde viveu maior parte da sua vida. Há mais de 10 anos, trabalhou como Jornalista de profissão em diferentes canais de comunicação de Rádio e TV em Kasai, local que foi obrigado a abandonar e emigrar para Angola devido aos conflitos políticos envolvendo milícias e polícia da região.
