World Vision is committed to improving accountability in its programming. Humanitarian accountability focuses on accountability to beneficiaries and the communities in which we work. It requires responsible use of power, and the participation of community members in the aid program.

The CRM Resource Guide is designed primarily for food assistance practitioners who wish to implement CRMs in food programming. It is a collection of resources and templates that practitioners can quickly contextualise for their own purpose. It is in its First Edition; improvements will be made based on feedback and lessons learned from future implementation. 

This resource includes Community help desk (CHD) Guidelines.
