Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) in Parimo Operational Office ask teenagers and youth in village to involve in Child Learning Group (KBA) by assisting and teaching children. It's also a way to make them care of their village from early age. With this step, it is hoped that teenagers and youth could be the next leaders in the future.

In February and March 2015, WVI held training for KBA facilitators. Under the theme Becoming a Fun Facilitator, the participants were asked to learn about child-growth phase; technique, strategy, communication and creativity in facilitating, the attractive presentation materials for children and values of harmony.

The training was conducted every Sunday in four weeks. For facilitators, the training has brought positive impacts. One of the facilitators who got the impact was Mony, the facilitator of KBA Sarwasati in East Kotaraya village, a village assisted by WVI in Parimo.

"After joining in the training, I trust myself that someday I could be a good teacher because good teacher will make her students smart," the student of second year of Senior High School says. Moni feels happy because she could watch the children in her village study together every Sunday afternoon.

WVI realizes that involving teenagers and youth to care about children need time and energy. But they have a duty to develop their village in the future. They are the key of village's future. That's why WVI thinks that village's teen and youth need to get some trainings. Hopefully, through the process of assistance, they are ready to be future leaders and agents of transformation.
