The Recovery Through Innovative Startup Empowerment (RISE) is a comprehensive program designed to empower Ukrainian entrepreneurs on their journey to successful innovative business startups. ZANACO Bank’s partnership with World Vision Zambia gifts 50 bicycle to vulnerable school girls
In a touching demonstration of corporate social responsibility, Zambia National Commercial (ZANACO) Bank has donated 50 bicycles to World Vision Zambia’s Strong Girls Strong Zambia campaign with the aim of supporting vulnerable girls on their journey towards empowerment and education in Mufumbwe District.
The donation event hosted at World Vision’s Distribution Centre, marked a significant milestone in the collaboration and running partnership between the ZANACO and World Vision.
In December 2023, World Vision Zambia, in partnership with World Bicycle Relief Zambia launched a fundraiser to buy 2,000 bicycles for vulnerable girls to shorten their commute time to school. And ZANACO, during the launch committed and pledged 175,000 Kwacha towards the purchase of 50 bicycles to support the campaign.

In partnership with #WorldFoodProgram, World Vision Afghanistan is targeting the most vulnerable families to ensure they are able to provide enough food for their children.
Under WFP-supported projects, WV Afghanistan will reach up to 366,464 people, including 197,890 children, with food packages between July 2023 and January 2024.
