Kristie Urich is currently the Knowledge Management and Capabilities Manager for the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) team with World Vision International. She has been serving with the WASH team for more than five years, and has worked with World Vision for more than 13 years.
Besides knowledge management, she helps lead World Vision’s efforts in scaling up its work in menstrual hygiene, and she is a trainer in the Designing for Behavior Change method. Her development career began as a Peace Corps Volunteer, serving for two years in Cameroon as a health, water and sanitation volunteer in Cameroon. She has a post-graduate certificate in Global Health and WASH, is a Certified Knowledge Manager. She currently lives in Tacoma, Washington, with her husband and two children.
