Sponsorship Implementation and Monitoring Officer (Code: SIMO)

Location:

- Jayapura, responsible for Papua Region
- Palu, responsible for Sulawesi & Moluccas Region
- Kupang, NTT

Major Roles:

To ensure Area Development Program (ADP) and region/cluster team in a designated region/cluster have the capacity for intentional planning and monitoring of sponsorship operation through ADP’s Learning  through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning (LEAP )cycle and Development Programme Approach (DPA) particularly in the implementation and transition phase; and enhancing the quality of child recruitment, child monitoring including follow up of child death & child sickness cases and Registered Child (RC) inclusion, aligned with Sponsorship Transformation Program and bring about improved Child Well Being and community participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 2 years working experience (have experience in NGO with sponsorship programme would be an advantage)
• Fluent in English (Min. TOEFL Score : 500)
• Have experience and knowledge on planning (design and logframe)
• Have experience in facilitating capacity building activities
• Willing to travel frequently at short notice
• Good communication skills
