DR Congo: Cash And Food To Support Vulnerable Households Displaced In Kwango

This article illustrates World Vision's support for internally displaced people in Kwango and Maindombe provinces who have fled clashes between Mombondo militias and DRC loyalist forces. Thousands of them have no resources to survive in the host communities. They are receiving funds to meet the immediate needs of their families and food to boost their food security and nutritional status, especially that of their children.

DR Congo: Thousands Of Children At Risk From Violence, Abuse, And Displacement As Armed Group Moves On Goma, Warns World Vision

This press release updates the consequences of the ongoing clashes between loyal DRC forces and the M23 rebels. With this press release, World Vision would like to draw attention to the plight of women and children who are once again affected and are in dire need of assistance. They need water, food and shelter. Children and women also need protection from all forms of violence. DR Congo: From Malnutrition To Abundance: The Impact Of World Vision's Childhood Rescue Program

This article presents the results achieved through the implementation of the CHR project in Binza, located in the Rutshuru territory of North Kivu. Faced with major challenges such as malnutrition, 4,500 children have been treated and healed thanks to the support of World Vision. At the same time, women received training and agricultural support, enabling them to become self-sufficient and meet the needs of their families.
