World Vision South Sudan FY2023 Annual Report
In FY2023, World Vision in South Sudan worked with donors, partners, governments, and communities to reach the most vulnerable. We reached over 3.2 million people, including 1.3 million vulnerable children, through our multi-sectoral approach. Our interventions focused on food assistance, food security and livelihoods, health and nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene, education, protection, peacebuilding, gender equality, and social inclusion. This approach enabled children, families, and communities to meet their immediate needs and build their resilience to adapt and thrive.

World Vision is concerned by reports of dozens of missing children following the surge in attacks in northern Mozambique
World Vision is calling for all to be done to ensure the safe return to their families of at least 70 children reported missing, following a new wave of armed attacks in the province of Cabo Delgado, in northern Mozambique. Authorities have confirmed that parents and caregivers have lost contact with the children whose whereabouts are unknown to them, after being forced to flee their homes.

WORLD VISION ZAMBIA DONATES INFECTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES TO MINISTRY OF HEALTH IN FIGHT AGAINST CHOLERA
World Vision Zambia has donated infection prevention and control and other medical supplies valued at ZMW4,857,425 to the Ministry of Health to supplement the government's efforts in combating the ongoing cholera outbreak that has affected all ten provinces of Zambia. The country has been grappling with cholera since October 2023, affecting over 18,000 Zambians.
