The Surface Water Treatment Plant System - SWAT

Thursday, March 10, 2016

World Vision South Sudan is using The Surface Water Treatment Plant initiative (SWAT) to provide clean and safe drinking water to more than 90,000 internally displaced people across the country.

Our SWATs pump water right from the Nile River, treat it and then supply it to various water collection points within IDP settlements. Watch how the SWAT plants work.
