Provincial Committee to Combat the Worst Forms of Child Labour Set Up, Thanks to Advocacy and Support from World Vision.
This article shows the impact of World Vision's advocacy and support for child protection structures whose aim is to work alongside the government to combat child labour, especially child labour in mines in the province of Haut-Katanga in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo. A committee to combat child labour has just been set up after lengthy advocacy by World Vision.
