Baseline Field Guide
This field guide has been developed to guide World Vision staff and partners in the planning and carrying out of programme baselines. In order to simplify the key concepts and principles for use, the field guide is organised around three principal phases of managing baselines: planning, execution, and data analysis and use. The field guide illustrates key steps to follow as WV staff and partners plan, implement and use baseline information.
