Mpekoa stands alongside the World Vision Lesotho leadership team, commemorating the prizes given by the World Vision Global Centre in recognition of his outstanding achievement.

In an encouraging display of dedication and learning, Kantoro Mpekoa, a Community Development Facilitator at World Vision Lesotho, has been recognized for his outstanding participation in the "Creating Great Photos and Videos for Sponsors Training" e-course. This course, aimed at frontline field staff and volunteers, equips them with the skills needed to capture compelling digital assets for sponsor engagement.

Mpekoa's commitment to learning and improving his skills has not gone unnoticed. Out of the many participants across the World Vision partnership, he was among the 14 selected for his exceptional performance and dedication. As a token of appreciation, the World Vision Global Centre, through World Vision United States, has gifted the World Vision Lesotho field office with equipment to enhance the quality of their video and photo content.

Reflecting on his experience, Mpekoa shared, "The training was invaluable. I learned different techniques for taking good quality photos and developing community update videos that are crucial for sharing with sponsors. These tools are crucial for sharing the needs of vulnerable children and showcasing the life-changing impact that sponsorship has on Basotho children, families, and communities."
