With the support of sponsors from Korea and Singapore, World Vision initiated its Area Development Programme (ADP) in Sevanagala in 1997. The programme had a special focus on Education, Health and Nutrition, Economic Development, Civil Society Development and Child Protection.

WVA Child protection TP strategy baseline is designed to provide representative data both for all 14 APs and for national strategy. As well as, CP TP baseline evaluation included population based survey with quasi‐experimental design with two control sites for total of 2 target groups.

Gender Inclusive Financial Literacy Training Manual
This Gender Inclusive Financial Literacy (GIFT) manual was developed for couples and aims to ensure that both women and men have access to the financial literacy knowledge and skills that they need to manage their money and save for the future, including for emergencies. It also aims to promote more gender equitable relationships, or a 'household approach', where women and men are partners in the household with both having agency indecisions linked to their finances.
