Survey on the excellence of CSO accountability

The INGO Accountability Charter (currently known as Accountable Now) tasked the Direct Impact Group to look into how well its members are doing in comparison to other CSOs on accountability and how they have improved over time, including the challenges they may face in the near future in this area that is quickly evolving. The group is an independent international consulting firm specialized in strategy and accountability in CSOs. The objective was the assessment of 40 leading civil society organisations (members and non-members of Accountable Now) in regards to six areas of accountability.
