World Vision Lebanon Country Profile FY24

World Vision Afghanistan works in 34 districts and over 3,200 villages across Herat, Badghis, Ghor, Faryab, and Nangahar provinces, reaching more than 1.2 million people in FY24, including over 547,000 children.

In 25 years, we have reached 167,809 individuals across various projects, including 121,411 children and 69,956 adults.

“At first, when I saw the line-up of male participants, I felt the weight of expectations on my shoulders,” Rose recalled with a smile. “But I reminded myself that I have been riding for 11 years, not to compete, but to serve. This training was another way for me to sharpen my skills and keep communities connected.”
