Through the Gift-In-Kind (GIK) program, we deliver essential resources that provide both immediate relief and long-term support to those in need. This FY2025 report highlights our impact through GIK.

The study shows deportation is an economic and protection shock that reverberates through households and local markets. Deportation removes income earners from foreign labour markets, abruptly cutting off remittance flows. This loss of income translates into debt accumulation and asset depletion as households struggle to meet basic needs. Growing indebtedness then drives harmful coping strategies and distress practices.

As the Ukraine Crisis Response enters its fifth year, the war continues to devastate millions of lives, particularly children. Over the past four years, World Vision Ukraine has reached more than 2.3 million people, including over 1 million children, providing critical support in education, mental health, protection, cash assistance, livelihoods, basic needs services and winterisation.

It gives me great pleasure to present this publication, Celebrating Child Rights: A compilation of 25 blogs from child rights advocates on the 25th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
