World Vision Global Week of Action and Action-2015

World Vision Georgia within the Global Week of Action and ACTION-2015 organized Tbilisi School based Youth Club Forum to empower youth and bring youth voices to the stakeholders.

During the 3 days-long event youth worked on different project ideas and presented them to stakeholders as well as received information about the various youth empowerment services that are available in the country. Project ideas included environmental awareness and waste management actions as well as different educational activities.

The event was attended by the representatives from the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of Georgia, the Tbilisi Mayor's Office, the Ministry of Justice - Crime Prevention Centre, publishing house "Radarami" and Georgia's youth representative to UN.

By promoting non-formal education and civil engagement World Vision Georgia tries to empower youth and eradicate poverty in the country.
