The case study, following the research titled "Projecting the impact of prolonged food insecurity and education interruption on economic growth in Lebanon." delves into the challenges faced by Lebanon. In a nation where every door holds a story, the country grapples with the upheaval of an economic crisis and currency devaluation. Beyond these economic struggles, families go to bed each night with empty stomachs, and children attend school with hunger gnawing at them. This harsh reality underscores the pressing need for parents to not only overcome these challenges but also take the additional step of enrolling their children in school.

Looking forward to the Autumn Gold
57-year-old Tang, a member of the Suichuan Qunxing Ecological Planting Cooperative, has practised eco-farming for 8 years. Through the project, he learnt a lot of eco-farming skills which helped to cultivate farmland and increase field yield, resulting in a better income and healthier meal.
