59 child friendly spaces in Ukraine and Moldova at risk of closure as funding declines
Since the beginning of World Vision's response to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, a total of 37 child friendly spaces are operational in Moldova and 22 in Ukraine, being implemented by trained partners.

Bringing snowflakes of joy and cheer to Ukrainian and orphaned Moldovan children this Christmas
As part of World Vision's winterization program, Ukrainian refugees in Moldova received cash assistance, reaching more than 119,000 refugees, which account for 2.1% of the total 5.8 million Ukrainian refugees across Europe. The project is offering essential assistance during the cold season, extending its support to orphaned and family-separated Moldovan children.

Farmer's Day in Afghanistan
Happy Farmers Day!
24 March is FarmersDay in Afghanistan. World Vision Afghanistan under its DRA-Afghanistan Joint Response Project (AFJRP), funded by Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA), supports Afghan farmers by providing access to water and creating income-generating opportunities for them, enabling them to provide ENOUGH for their families and children. This programme also helps farmers to adapt to climate change effects, particularly drought.
With such programmes WV Afghanistan contributes to #SDG 6, 8, 12.
