With over 700 confirmed cases and several deaths across multiple health zones, World Vision led a rapid emergency response in coordination with the Ministry of Health, UNICEF, WHO, and local partners. The article details key interventions such as hygiene awareness campaigns reaching over 54,000 people, household disinfections, training of teachers and community health workers, and the distribution of chlorinated water and sanitation supplies.
