Working Moms
In the last two decades Cambodia has made commendable progress in reducing maternal and child mortality. The under-five child mortality rate declined, from 83 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2005 to 54 in 2010 and 35 in 2014.

I met *Margarita in the poorest neighbourhood of Malecaj, a remote village of Lezha, where the paved road didn’t make it, even this electoral year. In the beginning, she tried to escape. She was ashamed to be seen in that state of poverty.
