Os meninos começam a primária cheio de sonhos, mas infelizmente as condições em sua volta são insuficientes para que possam ter a capacidade de escolher o seu futuro, deixando-os a mercê do destino, facto, que é ainda mais complicado principalmente para as meninas, que têm de enfrentar uma série de tabus e preconceitos para vencer o estigma ao redor da problemática do género, para lá, da dificuldade ao aceder à uma educação de qualidade.
