Toll of conflict in Eastern Ukraine leading to increased aggression, anxiety, substance abuse in children
The needs assessment was conducted in Kharkiv, Kherson and Dnipro oblasts by World Vision and Arms of Mercy in December 2022, with follow up and data analysis in January 2023. The assessment team spoke to a total of 457 children between the ages of 9 and 17.

Growing up in the Climate Crisis: Lebanon
This study marks the inaugural phase among a series of two consecutive research projects scheduled for release.
Exploring the impact of key climate risks on children’s well-being and rights, their preparedness for climate change disaster(s), and the views on climate change within different generations.
The research adopted a mixed method approach in terms of desk review, descriptive case studies and survey to gain an in-depth and multi-faceted exploration of climate change’s impact on children, adolescents and youth in Akkar context.

Learning to See the Climate Crisis
Climate change poses a significant threat to global socioecological systems. Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) faces intensifying climate challenges, including rising temperatures and extreme weather events. Young people will bear the brunt of the changing climate. This research aims to explore how children and young people in BiH conceptualize environmental knowledge.

Not Enough: Global Perceptions on Child Hunger and Malnutrition
Our world has enough of everything to provide a life of plenty for every child, yet every day more children go hungry.
The findings of this survey highlight the stark reality for families around the world. Almost all people believe that having enough food to eat is a basic human right – 91%, but 21% of children are going to bed hungry and 30% of parents does not knowwhere their next meal will come from.

Uganda - August 2019 Situation Report
Newly arriving South Sudanese and Congolese refugees: Despite the reduction in funding, Uganda is projected to receive an additional 155,000 new arrivals, mainly from South Sudan and DRC, by the end of 2019 bringing the population to over 1.4 million persons of concern.
