Mrs. Diana Rhayem (Lebanon) has been a member of the WV Lebanon Advisory Council since 2016 and currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Council and the Governance and Nomination Committee. She joined the World Vision International Board in 2019 and is a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Partnership Governance Committee. She has a Degree in Private Law from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and a Postgraduate degree in Democracy, the Rule of Law & Security from the University of Birmingham and a LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of London. She has founded Diana Rhayem Law Office in Beirut, Lebanon, where she worked as a corporate and generalist attorney. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and the Barreau du Quebec, Canada, as a Foreign Legal Consultant. 

She founded the Public Advocacy Centre Lebanon (Pinacle) and other NGOs in Lebanon, where she served on their boards as a counsel and advocate for human rights and for advancing the Status of Women Worldwide. She is a committed Christian, married and worships at the Catholic Maronite Saint Charbel Maronite church.
