Digi Ann joined World Vision in 2011 and has served in key roles across Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, and Project Management within global operations. 
 
With a decade of experience at WVUS Grant Solutions, Digi played a pivotal role in shaping grant management and compliance training across World Vision offices. With extensive experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams, she managed the administration of the Gateway to Grants Training for US grants and spearheaded programs such as the Grant Refreshers Program, Training of Trainers workshops driving efficiency and agility in program delivery. From Support Offices to Global Centers, Digi collaborated with diverse teams to design impactful learning materials, facilitated workshops and developed knowledge management strategies, process improvements, and learning platforms that enable teams to adopt best practices and innovative solutions. She later expanded her influence within World Vision through roles in Global Marketing and Communications as a Project Manager, Procurement Lead, and Knowledge Management and Operations Manager before joining the Education and Livelihoods team.
 
Before joining World Vision, Digi Ann spent nearly a decade with the British Council, managing education projects across Asia. She led youth leadership and cultural exchange programs, built institutional linkages, and forged partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private institutions to advance education and capacity-building initiatives. 
 
Digi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and has completed graduate-level coursework toward a Master’s in Education at the University of the Philippines. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Learning Design and Evaluation, and Cambridge ESOL English Language Teaching.
