Doug Treff, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of World Vision International, has spent more than 30 years in financial leadership across both corporate and non-profit sectors—but his story is shaped just as much by where he’s walked as by what he’s led. For more than 20 years, he walked side by side with the poor at an inner-city Minneapolis church, discovering that true abundance is found in a life grounded in Jesus. That experience continues to shape how he leads: with humility, openness, conviction, and a heart for the vulnerable.

Doug served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of World Vision U.S. from 2016-2024. Before joining World Vision, Doug spent two decades in senior financial roles at publicly-traded retail and financial services companies, including Deluxe Corporation, Sears Holdings, and Collective Brands. He led acquisitions, capital restructurings, and operational improvement—bringing clarity, discipline, and strategic insight to complex environments. 

Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the board of directors of Crocs, Inc. where he chairs the audit committee.
