Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion Specialist
Professional with training in gender, poverty and development and participation with PPII. I have extensive experience in gender mainstreaming in the design of intervention programmes, as well as in carrying out awareness-raising and training activities in public and private entities.  Likewise, I have experience in carrying out diagnoses and management of organisations with a gender perspective. 
 
I have taught on issues related to Gender and Human Rights from 2020 to 2024 at the Universidad del Desarrollo; I was a teacher during the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 of the Diploma in Gender Approach in Public and Private Management of PAHO.  From 2021 until now, I am teaching the Mg Gender and Social Intervention, in the subject Gender, Work and Management of Organisations at the Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins. 
 
Currently, I am the GEDSI Specialist for the countries that make up the Andean Block -Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru- + Chile, and among the challenges we have as a team is the incorporation of the gender and social inclusion approach in the actions that the block carries out in its operations with a special focus on girls and adolescents and families in the Amazon, from an intercultural perspective.
