World Vision delivers health services in the most remote areas through a mobile healthcare programme
Mobile clinics offer flexible and viable options for treating isolated and vulnerable groups. To serve the community in the Afar region, World Vision's Mobile Health and Nutrition team (MHNT) hiked in over the desert sand for half an hour. With funding from USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), World Vision is striving to enhance the health outcomes of targeted groups in the Afar Region, particularly children under the age of five and pregnant and lactating women. Thus far, World Vision has reached more than 2,200 conflict-affected individuals in the region through mobile health and nutrition services.

World Vision responds to families affected by flooding in Bandarban, Bangladesh
With initial funding from START fund worth $152,125, World Vision in Bangladesh assisted 1,718 households or 8,590 people in Bandarban district through the distribution of Multi-Purpose Cash Grant (MPCG), special grants for person with disability, hygiene kits and hygiene awareness orientation.
