Mr Drew Fitch (Canada) is a past chair of the WV Canada Board, where he currently serves on the Audit and Executive Committees. He joined World Vision International's board in November 2019 and has served as its chair since 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree and was a Chartered Professional Accountant. 

He had a 40-year career in finance and accounting, serving as the chief financial officer or chief executive officer of a number of Canadian and U.S.-listed public companies. He was most recently COO of a private technology company.
