Our presence in Somalia since 1993 has enabled us to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the WASH sector. This includes the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (MoEWR), a crucial partner, as well as other line ministries at federal, regional and state levels, the private sector, local partners, the Somalia WASH Cluster, UN agencies, and community actors. We have worked collaboratively to expand access to quality water, sanitation and hygiene services.

World Vision Zambia's Cholera Response: Jointly fighting the outbreak
From providing essential supplies such as liquid and granular chlorine, rehydration salts, and protective gear for health workers to distributing clean water to affected areas, World Vision is at the forefront of the fight against cholera. With over 4.9 million kwacha already invested in the response, World Vision continues to respond towards the fight against cholera.

DR Congo: World Vision responds to the growing needs of IDPs exacerbated by the humanitarian crisis in Eastern
This video is a compilation of testimonies from internally displaced people in the Kashaka camp in eastern DRC. These internally displaced people (IDPs) talk about their lives since they left their villages to flee the war, the difficulties they have encountered and how they are facing new difficulties in the camps where they live. Life has become very difficult and humanitarian aid is unable to meet their needs, which have increased as a result of the escalating violence. World Vision continues to respond with the support of partners, but at the same time is calling for more resources.
