Cameron Bailey joined WVI in late 2016 after volunteering for over a year to help develop the Our Promise strategy. Cam currently serves the Partnership as the Chief Strategy and Culture officer.

Prior to joining WVI, Cam worked for 25 years as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and McKinsey & Company, living overseas for 15 years in Asia and Russia. 

Cam has a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BC from UBC in Vancouver. He and his wife Gelaine reside in Calgary, Canada They are the proud parents of three young adult children, and their home church is Westside King’s Church.
