Ms. Ana Paula Fernández del Castillo Quintana (Mexico) has served on the World Vision Mexico Board since August 2015. She joined the World Vision International Board in 2022 and is a member of the Ministry Strategy Committee. Ana Paula holds an MBA and a Graduate Degree in Architecture. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Innovation and Social Responsibility, as well as a Master’s degree in the History of Thought.

She serves as Chief Institutional Development and Strategy Officer at Grupo Xcaret. She specialises in corporate strategy, ESG, and social impact. Ana Paula is also Chair and partner of her own sustainable development firm. She is a committed Catholic and a proud Mexican.
