Mr Baafour Otu-Boateng (Ghana) joined World Vision Ghana’s Board in 2015. He currently serves on the Governance Committee and has previously served as Chair of the Board of Directors. He joined World Vision International's Board in 2019. He serves as the Board's Secretary and is a member of the Ministry Strategy Committee. Baafour is an Investment Director at KawiSafi Ventures, a VC fund investing in low-carbon businesses across Africa. He was previously Investment Director at Investisseurs & Partenaires and he started his career as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank in New York. 

He has a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Williams College, and he holds an MBA from the University of Oxford. He is married to Leonora, and they have two young sons.
