Ms. Andreati Yohannes
Ms. Andreati Yohannes (Indonesia) who goes by Rea, has served on the World Vision Indonesia Board since December 2021, contributing first through the Audit & Risk Committee and later through the Public Engagement Committee. She currently serves as Board Chair for World Vision Indonesia. She joined the World Vision International Board in 2025, serving as the Vice Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Professionally, she is a Director for Technology & Transformation at Deloitte Consulting, where she focuses on technology adoption and change management for large-scale transformation projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Rea comes from a diverse Christian family—her father is Protestant (GPIB) and her mother Roman Catholic—an upbringing that shaped her appreciation for the spiritual depth and beauty of both traditions. She is married to Bambang in the Catholic Church, and together they have two daughters, Fiza and Anna. Rea and her daughters are registered members of St. Theresia Parish in the Archdiocese of Jakarta, where she serves as a lay eucharistic minister.
