The World Vision Zambia Health programme focuses on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAHN). Our strategic objective for health is to contribute to the reduction of maternal and child mortality through improved health and nutrition practices. The heart of World Vision’s Global Health and Nutrition Strategy is a package of preventative interventions for mothers and children under two, targeting the first 1,000-days.

Empowering Youths and Building Resilient Communities
The Youth Apprenticeship Initiative has benefited 50 young people from different communities over the past two years. They have acquired skills in fashion design, vehicle repair, hairdressing and other areas. It is a way for World Vision Ghana to build community resilience and support children's learning.
