Ms. Deborah Holbrook (Canada) joined the WV Canada board in 2014. She is currently serving as the Board Chair. She joined the World Vision International Board in 2025, where she serves as the Vice Chair of the Partnership Governance Committee. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree, a Bachelor of Education and an Honours Bachelor of Arts. She is the Principal and Owner of Holbrook Family Law. She worships at Viva Church with her husband and teenage children.
