Lora Boll
Lora Boll is a Humanitarian Policy and Advocacy Advisor for World Vision International’s Global Disaster Management team.
Ms. Boll provides strategic analysis to advance World Vision’s humanitarian advocacy priorities, with an emphasis on child-focused humanitarian action, forced displacement, and humanitarian reform. She develops policy briefs, advocacy products, and evidence-based recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that World Vision’s positions and approaches to advocacy are evidence-based and resonate with policymakers, donors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, Ms. Boll supports World Vision’s external engagement at high-level humanitarian events and with partners such as UNHCR and WFP.
With 5 years of experience in the development and humanitarian fields, Ms. Boll brings a strong background in policy analysis, programme implementation, research, and technical writing. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Policy, and Administration from the University of Chicago as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Music and a Certificate in Human Needs and Global Resources from Wheaton College.
