Michele Gaudrault

Technical Director, Quality & Innovation for Health and Nutrition 

Michele Gaudrault is an adult education specialist with more than twenty years of experience in international development across multiple sectors and regions. As the Technical Director, Quality and Innovation for Health and Nutrition at World Vision International, she leads efforts to strengthen programme quality, promote innovation, and build capacity across health and nutrition initiatives. 

Michele has been with World Vision for over 15 years, working extensively in Africa, including several years living and working in Mozambique and Eswatini (formerly Swaziland).She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. 

Michele holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University.
