In 2025, through strong partnerships with communities, government, civil society, and donors, World Vision Timor‑Leste reached 38,868 people across 11 municipalities through 19 projects focused on child health and nutrition, youth empowerment, and climate‑resilient livelihoods. More than 11,000 children were directly supported, alongside caregivers, youth leaders, and community institutions working to create sustainable change.
This report also presents findings from our first Annual Impact Measurement, providing an evidence‑based snapshot of progress and remaining challenges. Results show encouraging gains in areas such as adolescent resilience, nutrition outcomes, savings and livelihoods, and community‑led climate adaptation, while also highlighting priority gaps in health service access, learning outcomes, and youth participation—informing where future investments and collaboration are most needed.
We remain deeply grateful to our partners and donors whose commitment enables this work. The IMPACT Report 2025 reflects our shared accountability and learning as we continue working together towards healthy children, empowered youth, and strong communities across Timor‑Leste.
