Building Resilience, Protecting Children
Across fragile and conflict‑affected contexts, millions of children face hunger, displacement, and climate shocks. World Vision works with communities to strengthen resilience, helping families protect their livelihoods so children can stay safe, nourished, and in school.

In 2025, our programmes reached over 1.8 million people, supporting families to withstand crises, adapt to change, and build more secure futures.

By combining life‑saving assistance with climate‑smart solutions, early action, and locally led approaches, we are reducing humanitarian need and ensuring every child has the chance to thrive, even in the most challenging environments.

Resilience in emergencies helps protect children from hunger and crisis, so they can survive today and build a safer future tomorrow.
