In FY 2025, 89% of families reached by World Vision's projects in Lebanon and Syria Response reported improved access to livelihood support services.

With humanitarian needs rising sharply across the Middle East & Eastern Europe, more than 74 million people depended on aid in 2025. We are focusing on child protection, MHPSS and education, livelihoods, health and nutrition, water and sanitation, cash and food assistance, and climate-smart initiatives, including efforts under our global ENOUGH campaign to end child hunger and malnutrition.

In Ukraine, 69% of female and male adolescents in the Child Friendly Spaces where we work are in positive and peaceful relations with their peers. In Albania and the West Bank, 100% of the female and male adolescents in our projects report improved self-efficacy.

We work closely with supporters, governments, faith leaders, communities, civil society, and with children and young people themselves, to ensure that those most at risk across the region receive the support they need. By sharing knowledge and investing in the capacity of local actors, we help strengthen response, recovery, and long-term development efforts so that every child can thrive.

In FY 2025, World Vision Middle East & Eastern Europe reached 8 million people, including 4.47 million children. 3 out of every 5 people reached were women and girls.
