UCR April 2026 Factsheet: Over 2.36M Lives Impacted

Our latest April 2026 impact report is now available. World Vision Ukraine Crisis Response has reached 2,369,324 people across Ukraine, Moldova, Romania and Georgia, providing vital support through food and emergency supplies, cash assistance, protection, education, mental health and psychosocial support, and livelihood programming.

Children are at the heart of our mission. They make up 45% of everyone we support – meaning 1,057,984 children have received life-changing care.

Our regional reach at a glance:

• Ukraine: 1,465,990 people supported (including 659,182 children)
• Moldova: 510,323 people supported (including 215,854 children)
• Romania: 352,027 people supported (including 159,871 children)
• Georgia: 40,984 people supported (including 23,077 children)

Updates inside Ukraine:

In April alone, World Vision extended its support to 10,276 individuals directly inside Ukraine (27% of whom are children):

• 7,362 people received vital mental health and psychosocial support
• 2,855 people were given direct cash assistance to help meet their immediate needs
• 59 people participated in training and programmes to rebuild their livelihoods
