October 2025 report: Over 2.28M people reached in Eastern Europe

As of October 2025, World Vision has reached 2,289,529 people in Ukraine, Romania, Moldova and Georgia through food, non-food items, cash assistance, protection and education interventions, livelihood, mental health and psychosocial support programming. 45% (1,037,039) of the total reach are children.

People Reached

• Ukraine - 1,387,099 people, of which 638,608 are children
• Moldova - 510,323 people, of which 215,854 are children
• Romania - 351,924 people, of which 159,816 are children
• Georgia - 40,183 people, of which 22,761 are children

In October 2025 alone, Ukraine Crisis Response reached 14,481 unique people, of which 30% were children. 14,268 people were reached inside Ukraine:

• 7,891 unique people supported with non-food item assistance;
• 3,601 unique people provided with cash assistance;
• 2,776 unique people given mental health and psychosocial support.
