World Vision is concerned about the recent air strike on Damascus, Syria, and the potential for this incident and rising conflict within southern Syria, to escalate violence and hamper humanitarian operations within the region.  

European Commissioner for Enlargement, Marta Kos, visited Albania from March 12 to 14 and participated in a significant event hosted by World Vision Albania, focusing on survivors of domestic and gender-based violence.

World Vision has been working in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) since 1994, first providing relief to a war-torn country and then working on community development.
