There are now more than 14 million Ukrainian people who are displaced from their homes by ongoing conflict in the region. This is marked by over 3000 civilian casualties reported in the three months since the start of the crisis, including men, women, and children.

World Vision has been working in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) since 1994, first providing relief to a war-torn country and then working on community development. For three decades, we provided sustain able livelihoods to the disadvantaged and needy, improved quality of education, and empowered families and communities to seek access to their rights.

Tuesday, 25 November 2025 World Vision Ghana and Catholic Relief Services (CRS), in partnership with World Agroforestry (ICRAF) and with funding from the European Union (EU), have officially launched the Regreening Africa Phase II (RA II) Project in Kukpalgu in the Mion District, Northern Region. This marks a significant step in scaling up efforts to restore degraded landscapes, strengthen climate resilience, and improve livelihoods for smallholder farmers in the Bawku West, Garu, Tempane and Binduri districts in the Upper East Region; and Yendi and Mion districts in the Northern Region of Ghana.

As of November 2025, World Vision has reached 2,301,140 people through food, non-food items, cash assistance, protection and education interventions, livelihood, mental health and psychosocial support programming.

World Vision's humanitarian work in Ukraine, Romania, Moldova and Georgia responding to the Ukraine crisis has reached out to 1,493,866 people; 726,830 were children.
