According to the UNOCHA report, 5.4 million are internally displaced out of the 17.7 million in dire need of humanitarian assistance. Over eight million Ukrainians fled the country to neighboring countries like Moldova, Romania and Poland, among many others.

As part of the Integrated emergency Services for Ukrainian Refugees in Moldova Project being implemented by HelpAge, supported by Global Affairs Canada (GAC), Natalia, Ivan, and dozens of other elderly refugees received eyeglasses, glucose and blood pressure monitors, and hygiene packs.

This report describes, at a regional level, the impacts of double affectation on unaccompanied and/or separated refugee and migrant children and adolescents from Venezuela, taking as a case study three countries with a large flow of Venezuelan population: Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador, with emphasis on the border territories.

World Vision has partnered with Romania’s Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială a Municipiului Bucureşti, Ștefan cel Mare University and Brasov General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection. Two additional PCC were set up and soon will be operational in Valcea.
