Dan Irvine writes about the importance of Community Health Workers and how supporting them is key to moving towards international health goals in rural areas.

Some rural communities in the Kassena-Nankana West, Kintampo South, and Sekyere East Districts have used indigenous agricultural practices for decades to produce a wide range of high-quality food such as maize, millet, cassava, pepper, tomatoes, and plantains. These have helped sustain household food security and livelihoods for decades.

As world leaders gather for the 76th World Health Assembly, children and youth advocates from Ghana, Albania, The Philippines, Zambia, Uganda, Colombia, Ecuador, and Tanzania, share their firsthand experience and recommendations to the health sector on solutions to end violence against children. This is these young Changemakers' collective Call to Action.
