Teresa Wallace is the Senior Quality and Innovation Advisor for the Child Protection and Participation team at World Vision International. For the past 17 years, Teresa has been working with country teams on the design, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes aimed at strengthening child and adolescent well-being, particularly for children facing adverse circumstances. Teresa has co-led multi-sectoral efforts on intervention development, conducted operations research, and facilitated capacity building for staff from more than 50 countries. She has a Masters in Child Development with a focus on the detrimental effects of violence on children’s development and a Masters in Social Work. Principle interests include psychosocial interventions for children and adolescents, and a systems approach to prevention and response in LMICs.
