This article describes how young people in Likasi, DRC, are engaging in the fight against HIV through World Vision’s Citizen Voice and Action (CVA) approach. In a province where HIV prevalence among youth is 4.3%, participants learned to assess service quality, address stigma, and foster dialogue with health authorities. Supported by World Vision Korea, the initiative empowers young people like Jospin and Hadassa to become agents of change in their communities. The program illustrates how citizen participation can improve health systems and inspire a more informed, responsible generation.
