World Vision is a leading humanitarian actor in West Africa, responding to crises driven by conflict, displacement, climate shocks, and disease outbreaks, with children at the centre of our work. With a long‑term presence in nine countries and active humanitarian operations in some of the region’s most fragile contexts, we deliver life‑saving assistance while strengthening community resilience.
In 2026, our humanitarian programming aims to reach 5 million people, prioritising food security, health and nutrition, WASH, child protection, education, and psychosocial support. Our responses are underpinned by strong readiness and surge systems, digital and data‑driven delivery, trusted partnerships, and deep community anchorage; ensuring timely, accountable, and high‑quality humanitarian action before, during, and after crises.
